Vitae is a minimalist mobile application that provides binaural beats for relaxation, focus, sleep, and creativity. Your privacy is important to us.

Data Collection

Vitae does not collect, store, or share any personal information. There is no account requirement, no personal details are requested, and the app does not access sensitive data. All playback settings and custom presets are stored locally on your device, and usage statistics remain device-based.

Audio Usage

The application only plays local audio files, binaural beats and ambient sounds, on your device. Audio is neither recorded nor transmitted, and the microphone is never accessed. All audio processing happens locally on your device.

In-App Purchases

Premium features use Apple's App Store for transactions. Apple handles all payment processing; we do not see or store your payment information. RevenueCat handles purchase verification using anonymized receipts only.

Analytics & Third-Party Services

Vitae does not use analytics tools, advertising networks, trackers or cookies, or social media SDKs. Your activity in Vitae stays in Vitae.

Permissions

Required permissions are minimal: audio playback, and optional notifications for alerts.

Data Storage

All data generated by the app is stored locally on your device. Deleting the app removes all local data permanently.

Children's Privacy

Vitae is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

Updates to this policy will be reflected with a modified effective date.

Your Rights

Since no personal data is collected, you maintain complete device-level control over your information.
